These terms govern your use of nullum.watch. By using the site, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws.

Website purpose

This is a pre-launch brand and waitlist website presenting NULLUM Watches and upcoming collections. The site does not take orders or payments. Joining a waitlist is not a purchase, reservation, guarantee of availability, or contract for sale.

Product information

Images, colours, dimensions, materials, release dates, availability, and other product details may change before sale. Screen settings and photography may affect how products appear.

No online orders

NULLUM does not sell watches, process payments, or create customer orders through this website. Any future sales offered through another channel will be subject to separate purchase, delivery, return, and warranty terms provided through that channel.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use its content for unlawful or misleading purposes.

Intellectual property

The NULLUM name, designs, imagery, text, watch concepts, and site presentation are owned by or licensed to NULLUM Watches. No rights are granted except the limited right to view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Third-party services

The site may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.

Availability and warranties

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NULLUM Watches is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this informational site. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
